Key Task or Responsibilities:
The E&I engineer will report to Senior Technical Manager and has the responsibility to perform the following duties:
- Lead, manage, supervise and control of Company’s in-house and external Contractors for all electrical & instrumentation maintenance works related to planning & execution of: (a) daily maintenance including facility E & I related maintenance [preventive, corrective, & emergency maintenance], (b) grade change maintenance, (c) shutdown maintenance and (d) upgrading and improvement related to maintenance (e) simple modification work for improvement.
- Establish, continually improve & implement safe, efficient and effective preventive / predictive maintenance programs, procedures to achieve highest equipment reliability & availability objective.
- Manage & maintain reliable and accurate asset maintenance records in order to provide good maintenance history for future reference and troubleshooting purposes.
- Conduct trouble shooting and root cause analysis study of equipment failures, recurring breakdown, and equipment defects and to take effective corrective & preventive measures to sustain and improve equipment performance integrity & reliability.
- Optimize & manage E&I maintenance inventory level of critical & non-critical equipment spare parts, consumables, tools to ensure relevant parts always available on time, on spec and on quantity.
- Arrange periodically for calibration of critical process instruments and maintain updated & accurate records for all calibration carried out.
- Ensure all E&I maintenance activities are carried out in accordance to the Company’s HSEQ Standards, statutory requirements, Company Maintenance & Management System and best industry maintenance practices.
- Order equipment, materials, supplies, parts & services required by maintenance or projects, etc.
Our Requirements:
- Obtained knowledge through diploma/degree in electronics/ electrical engineering
- Having min 3-5 years of industrial experience in maintenance planning and execution of process plant/manufacturing plant (instrumentation, electrical power such as switch gear, MCC, motor)
- Good leadership, communication, teamwork.
- Independent and able to work effectively with individuals at all level of organization
- Familiar with SAP Plant Maintenance Module
- Good analytical, troubleshooting and planning skills
- Good technical writing skills
Key competency:
- Demonstrated oral/written communication skills: presents information and ideas to individuals or groups in an articulate and organized way, appropriate to the audience, and under a wide range of communication situations.
- Strong problem analysis, judgment and decision-making skills.
- Computer skills are required including MS Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong administrative, documentation and reporting skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with a broad range of personnel; position require productive interactions with every department in the company

Work hours : 8 am to 4.30 pm (Mon to Fri)

Salary range : $5.5-6.5k (Depending on experience)
