DUTIES:
1) Process bi-weekly payroll for non-executive staff including contract and temp staff
2) Update personal files in HR System
3) Process data collection and distributing daily time attendance
4) Involve in recruitment activities, such as sourcing, arranging Face-to-face and walk-ins interview, placing of advertisement and preparing letter of offer
5) Work Pass Administration
6) On / off boarding administration
7) Administrative duties including but not limited to office supplies, pantry supplies, etc
