Assist implementation of account policies and internal control procedures
Perform payroll & HR function in full & oversee administration function
Renew & application of licenses, permit, insurance etc.

IR21 Submission
Massage license and employee registration
CASE trust accreditation
Submission of HR related application, reports and statutory declaration
Ensure that relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and compiles with legislation
Submission of NS claim
Enrol for Skillfuture on the job related course & submission of grant
Liaise with Western Union for exchange rate and send in all forms and cheques
Arrange for cheque collection
Monitor USD to SGD
