Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with HR representatives to deliver project plans and manage the consolidation and submission of MOHH relevant reports
- Execute pipeline programmes, including recruitment/campus fairs and MOHH initiated recruitment program
- Manage monthly internal job posting mailers
- Partner with other teams to publish social media content online on monthly basis
- Work with the procurement team to support and administer RFP/RFQ and addendum process for vendor appointment and contract renewal
- Manage recruitment agencies’ proposals evaluation exercise
- Partner with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) vendor to address and troubleshoot the system process issues raised by institutions
Job Requirements:
- Degree qualification in Human Resource or Business Management
- One year of experience and prior knowledge in HR and recruitment process will be advantageous
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different levels of stakeholders
- Strong planning, organising, follow up and project management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint applications
- Must be comfortable in doing outreach events
