Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth business transactions. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the business development team.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other business documents.
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
- Handle merchant inquiries – support and new applications.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, or workshops.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Mandarin speaking is a plus as candidate is expected to communicate with members in Hong Kong and China.
