· Min Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Finance/ CPA/ ACCA qualification is highly preferred
· Min 5 years of finance experience within financial industry

Responsibilities:
· Supervise, train, and provide guidance to Finance Executives and Accountants, ensuring their growth and the accuracy of their work.
· Prepare and analyze all relevant accounting records, reconciliations, and schedules for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing. You'll also be responsible for timely and accurate monthly financial reporting under US GAAP.
· Manage cash balances at each legal entity, executing payments, investments, and funding, while maintaining bank accounts and cash planning strategies.
· Responsible in loan administration and debt service matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant covenants.
· Assist in preparing quarterly and annual reports for private equity investors, including IFRS compliant statements and various metrics.
· Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial information for local filings, tax returns, loan compliance, and other regulatory reports under SFRS or IFRS.
· Collaborate with the in-house tax team and external agents to ensure accurate and timely GST reporting, income tax computations, and US tax filings.
· Assist the Fund Management team with preparing investor reports.
· Liaise with external and internal auditors for smooth audit processes.
· Continuously seek ways to improve, simplify, and automate existing processes to enhance team efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Chartered Accountant certification, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Min 5 years of experience in funds accounting/ audit/ finance within Financial industry.
• Good understanding of SFRS & IFRS with working knowledge of US GAAP
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Initiative-driven team player capable of working with minimal supervision and meeting tight deadlines.
• Efficient and adaptable personnel in working under a fast paced environment
