Primary Responsibilities
· Project Management for turnkey F&B Projects:
- Creating, implementation, managing Project timelines
- Facilitate definition of project scopes, goals, and deliverables
- Responsible for full cycle projects: Ideating, proposal, execution, delivery,
and review.
- Preparing floorplans for discussions with stakeholders
- Sourcing, liaising and management of external consultant/ contractors/
vendors.
- Ensure adherence to project budget and managing cross department
stakeholders
- Proactively identify, resolve, and review any project related issues.
- Conduct project meetings, timely updates to all stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and
brand guidelines
· F&B Conceptualization and Development
- Conduct feasibility studies and analysis for new dining concepts
- Be Up to date with F&B scene and new dining concepts/ restaurants.
- Propose and ideate with other F&B stakeholders on new dining concepts
- Preparation of high-quality presentation ppt for senior management.
- Develop, analyze, prepare, and present new concepts for stakeholder’s
approval.
· Assist in F&B (service/ kitchen equipment) procurement and F&B asset management procedures.
· Collaborate and assist with any F&B and Projects team’s improvement initiatives (Sustainability, systems improvements, transformation etc)
Requirements
· Must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
· Minimum 3 years of experience in Project planning and management
preferably in F&B projects
· Knowledge of F&B operations and Guest experience
· Independent worker and ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously
· Creative mind for conceptualizing new dining spaces
· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
· Best of knowledge in latest F&B technology
· Knowledge in Sketchup, CAD, design software.
· Strong mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint/ Excel)
· Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills
· Able to work in a fast paced, quick changing environment
