Responsibilities:
Source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotations/tendering.
Handle pre and post contract administration.
Preparing BQ, Measurement and progress claim.
Assist Project Manager with other duties as may be required from time to time.
Requirements:
Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in construction related industry
Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Flexible, detailed and good organisation and planning skills
Experience in landed residential properties projects
Proficient in Cad Software / BIM and MS Office.
