- Play a role in facilitating the transition of HR records and processes from legacy systems to the new HR IT system for the new Team set up.
- This role will involve working closely with the New HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient migration to and adoption of the Cumulus system.
- The staff will also need to support the New HR team in arranging meetings, perform electronic filing and other administrative matters required in the development of scheme of services.
- The staff will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

Requirements:
- Minimally Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, IT or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years track record of effectively working with Human Resources Operations or Customer Service delivery and strategy
- Experience in data migration and system implementation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with HR processes and systems is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
