Job Description:
Our client, a leading engineering and construction joint venture, is seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead a project. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of engineering experience, with a degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board or a qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control. This position requires at least 10 years of experience in managing civil and infrastructure design and construction teams for projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature of work.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the project from inception to completion.
- Oversee civil and infrastructure design and construction teams.
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with the Management Committee and stakeholders.
- Evaluate and manage project performance.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE board
- Possesses at least 15-20 years of experience in LTA / MRT projects
- Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
- Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team
- Proficiency in Chinese is preferred as the Management Committee is from China.
Working Hours:
- 5.5 days a week or alternate Saturdays.
