Requirements:
- Lead and manage all phases of assigned projects.
- Coordinate and direct project teams, delegating tasks to ensure project goals are achieved efficiently.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Maintain constant communication with all project stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise.
- Develop detailed project documentation and presentations to report on progress and outline any needed changes.
- Facilitate conflict resolution within the project team and ensure continuous progress.
- Guide and supervise project staff and contractors, promoting accountability and positive engagement.
- Participate in site meetings and coordinate with the Supervisor, Site Staff, Suppliers, and Foreman.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Min Diploma in Civil, Structural, Architectural or related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience in similar industry.
- Prior experience in A&A Works (Additions & Alterations) in Commercial Bldg Projects.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
