Job Description:
- Manages the assigned internal personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors. Ensure all administrative and control requirements are met following the division’s management and control practices
- Coordinate and linking with various service companies, contractors, consultant, architect, and government, etc.
- Meeting with top management and clients to identify project requirements, delivery timelines, and costs
- Planning, executing, and supervising projects to meet management’s strategic objectives and to ensure project delivery within budget and on time
- Develop detailed project plans to guide clients, staff members, and project teams and to revise based on changing needs and requirements
- Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery
- Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
- Identifying and monitoring project risks and planning and implementing risk mitigations
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Requirements:
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of business or management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven project management record of accomplishment of high-visibility, large-scale projects
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
