Responsibilities:
Sales
- New client acquisition - Manages market segments to achieve sales goals
- Achieve sales objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
- Recommends new business ideas, surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
- Tender management - Strategise and collaborate with internal stakeholders to win tenders
Account Management
- Responsible for monitoring the client account performance by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports and cyclical sales meetings
- Build sticky relationship with existing client & explore upsell opportunities
- Keep up to date with market and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies
Others
- Preparing and completing action plans; implementing quality, and customer service standards; resolving problems; identifying improvements; implementing change
- Manage the sales administration function, sales performance reporting, streamlining processes and system wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximising business relationships
