Job Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects related to instrumentation, control, and automation maintenance, overhaul, and commissioning. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with project and facility management, clients, and various disciplines to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise project teams in the planning, execution, and completion of maintenance, overhaul, and commissioning activities for instrumentation, control, and automation systems.
- Prepare and review project specifications, requirements, and technical drawings to meet project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, performance, and budget adherence, reporting variances to senior management as necessary.
- Interface effectively with clients, design consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved according to timelines and quality standards.
- Implement Safety and Environmental Management Systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise internally or externally during project execution.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project status, challenges, and action plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing projects focused on instrumentation, control, and automation systems within industrial or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Ability to manage project budgets, resources, and schedules effectively
