Responsibilities:
- Determine market needs and potential in assigned verticals' key accounts.
- Examine customer demands to identify current trends, dynamics, and market moves.
- Create sales quotations, tender documents, drawings, visualizations, and mock-ups for design development.
- Conduct basic risk assessments and set operational policies, standards, and procedures into action.
- Provide administrative assistance for project management processes.
- Manage customer relationship management issues and examine client information and needs to strengthen customer connections.
- Provide logistical services that satisfy the needs of customers.
- Suggest strategies to close gaps and shortcomings in supply chain operations.
- Create plans for implementing new logistical solutions.
- Gather knowledge about the most recent technological trends.
- Determine the most recent technological advances and how they might be used to the logistics industry.
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline, preferably from local recognized education institution
- With 1 – 2 years of sales analyst/ business analyst or sales support experience
