Position : Project Manager - Infrastructure and AMS

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure and AMS projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing infrastructure projects, AMS engagements, and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure
- Oversee AMS projects, ensuring service quality, incident resolution, and request fulfillment
- Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance management
- Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and budgets
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and customers to ensure project deliverables meet requirements
- Identify and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans, and implement changes
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, and obtain necessary certifications
- Monitor and report project progress, performance, and financials
- Implement process improvements, best practices, and lessons learned
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure and AMS
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
- Proven experience in managing teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (networks, servers, storage, cloud)
- Experience with AMS tools and processes (incident management, problem management, change management)
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or a related field
Nice to Have:
- Experience with IT service management frameworks (ITIL)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
