We are currently seeking a an experience, skillful, dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator cum Admin Executive / Manager.


The individual should be passionate about lightings, architectural spaces, engineering, smart technology and possibly urban planning. Here at Illuminating Asia, we combine design, engineering and technology within our lighting solutions for property developers and public spaces stakeholders.


As an award winning lighting consultant that starts the client journey from design concept to the lighting engineering skills to implement and project and finally the product and tech development to futureproof a building; we have it all ready to serve the build construction community from a top down 1 stop lighting tech solution for all clients.


Project Coordination:

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and implementation.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Monitor project progress and address issues to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Organize and participate in project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and record meeting minutes.
  • Support project managers in day-to-day operational tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project coordination processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, ppt).
  • Ability to work well in a team and take initiative when needed.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of project management best practices.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
  • Knowledge of AutoCad will be an advantage.
  • Fast learner, adaptive and resourefulness

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $1,200.00 - $1,500.00 per month (during probation)


Benefits:

  • 14 Days annual leave (upon passing probation only)

Schedule:

  • (Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 12 30pm) At times, overtime may be required.

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Probation is 6 months. Upon probabtion, given meeting pre-defined performance matrix, there will be a confirmation bonus ranging from $500 - 700.


Work Location: (Chinatown, Hong Lim Complex, Directly above Chinatown MRT)


Summary of role requirements:

  • Flexible hours available
  • 3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Work rights will be required
  • Preferably to have a good command of english and chinese (written, spoken)
