Job Description
As a member of the Greengate Advisors team you will be engaging with a broad spectrum of stakeholders including property owners and investors, facilities management professionals, specialist consultants, government bodies and contractors, to bring bespoke, innovative solutions to our clients.
As a Project Manager, projects / activities that you will be involved with include:
· Helping clients determine highest and best use for real estate asset enhancement projects through structured analysis
· Driving design and construction processes in line with client requirements
· Day to day point of contact for the client
· Monitor site activities and reporting progress on a regular basis
· Liaising with consultants and contractors on technical matters related to project delivery
· Review construction permitting and operational documents to confirm compliance
· Site inspections to highlight defects and recommend remedial actions
· Preparation of internal governance documents for project delivery
· Assisting the Project Director with project administration matters
Requirements
The preferred candidate will possess a good academic background and a strong technical foundation. · Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
· Degree educated in related field
· Demonstrate a strong track record in assisting with the delivery of construction projects and consultancy services
· Good understanding of the development control and statutory approval processes in Singapore
· Strong team player
· Good logic and reasoning ability
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Ability to show proactive initiatives to challenge a status quo
· Sound report writing ability in English
