Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business plan that meets and exceeds established sales targets.
- Manage a sales pipeline by identifying prospects, determining needs, and closing deals.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and lead generation processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Prepare documentation such as proposals, tender documents, and presentations.
- Utilize CRM systems to track activities and opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Analyze, collate, and prepare industry reports to support strategic targets and profitable growth.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business or Sales with a minimum of 3 years experience, preferably with a strong network in the local F&B and/or institutional food service market.
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling and negotiating outcomes at a senior level within the B2B market.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
