Job Purpose
You will assist in administrative work including claims registration and payment requisition, sorting of incoming documents, filing, retrieval of claim files and to handle reinsurance claims.
The Job
• To support claims staff with claims registration and payments.
• To handle reinsurance claims and Renewals.
• To assist in annual review of claim files to ensure reserves are adequate for active files and to close inactive files.
• To ensure strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures.
• Liaise with Insurance Companies, Underwriters.
• Ensure documentations are in good order
• Organise, store and print company documents as needed
• Provide administrative/clerical support to department.
• 5 Day Work Week
Our Requirements
• Able to work in dependently
• Working Experience: Minimum of 2 year experience as insurance administrative support role
• IT Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
