Our client is looking for Recruitment Coordinators to manage and build a healthy talent pipeline by defining talent acquisition strategies in line with overarching Human Resources objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement frontline recruitment operations including end to end acquisition activities from video/ phone interviewing and screening, to arranging interviews, and onboarding of new recruits.
- Generate, manage and convert candidate leads to potential hires.
- Optimise staff development and retention in area of responsibility.
- Maintain and develop a key talent database.
Eligibility
- Fresh graduates and Diploma holders from government institutions may apply.
- Bachelor in Human Resource, Business, or related discipline (preferred).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant disposition with the ability to interact with all levels of employees.
