Senior Human Resource Executive (Recruiter)
The Senior Human Resource Executive (Recruiter) is responsible for hiring and acquiring new talent for its organisation.
He/ She is responsible for designing recruitment plans, advertising needed positions, and interviewing applicants.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated strong ability in recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training employees.
- Familiar with the entire Recruitment Life Cycle and administering employee benefits.
- Proven record in sourcing and acquiring new talent particularly in the retail/ FMCG/ Supermarket
- Skilled in interviewing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
- Possess strong domain knowledge in the Supermarket Chain/ FMCG/ Retail industry.
- Experienced and qualified HR Recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing and acquiring new talents.
- Good in building relationship with its employees.
- Possess 8-10 years of recruitment experience.
- Min. Degree, Diploma or ITE qualification holders in any discipline.
