Support in Recruitment activities
- Work with stakeholders on the requirements for the assigned positions.
- Ensure spending recruitment cost is within the assigned budget.
- Create internal and external posting of all assigned vacancies and active sourcing of quality candidates.
- Performs short-listing, interview, salary proposal, offer and conduct reference checks and other recruitment and selection related activities.
- Ensure timely update on recruitment policies in line with regulatory change and compliance.
- Conduct first day orientation
- Maintain and update all orientation and induction program and material
- Inform all the respective division of the new employee coming on board and ensure all IT access is ready.
- Execute and coordinate of on-boarding orientation for all basic and critical brief, such as safety briefing (SIC) and important notes when working in the power plant.
- Manage internship programmes for Company
- Coordinate for application with internal stakeholders and work with various institutions for the filing of internships annually.
- Work with Line on the internship program.
- Manage manpower reports and statistics
- Update all new hires, resignees listing
- Support in monthly reports and statutory surveys
- Project management
- Support in Company initiatives projects, as assigned
Requirement:
- Degree: 2-5 years of relevant experience / Diploma: 7-10 years of relevant experience
