CEO Business Assistant Responsibilities:
- Strive to be a CEO Business Assistant. Able to form a connecting link between the preceding and the following and achieve all-round services
- Provide full administrative/secretarial support to the GM, business support (including travel arrangements, managing daily calendar & schedules, appointment scheduling and drafting of correspondences, etc)
- Assist the CEO in daily tasks and follow-up closely
- Assist in Marketing, daily operation, reception and service
- Assist in daily translation work
- Assist in group-related matters locally & globally & follow-up closely
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor in any discipline; with minimum 1 years of relevant work experience as CEO Business Assistant
- Bilingual (Written and verbal fluency in the required languages)
- Familiar with Singapore culture, policy, laws and regulations and assit GM to avoid business risks
- Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
- Hardworking with high initiative and willing to take on new challenges
- Ability to handle sensitive business communications, data and other information with professionalism confidentiality and discretion, both internally and externally
- Strong organizational skills, detail orientated, with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Teamwork, proactive, flexibility and adaptability
- Candidate with a Class 3 driving license will be a plus
- Candidate with Marketing experience will be a plus
