Working in a creative agency, we expect the Key Account Manager to

- Have experience in 360 marketing channels such as ATL, BTL and TTL and full awareness of creative processes and techniques in all platforms

- Able to do a great creative brief, that is easily understandable by all team members

The primary responsibilities of the Key Account Manager will be to
- Work closely with the General Manager and providing support
- Assist in managing partnerships with clients and liaise with them on a day-to-day basis
- Support our clients’ digital marketing and advertising campaigns by understanding each client's business and their goals, and to serve as the primary point of contact
- Attend client meetings where required and writing minutes/contact reports
- Asking clients detailed questions to gain clarity about the campaign and deliverables
- Prepare and present proposals to clients such as digital marketing plans, with justifications
- Develop creative briefs for the appropriate teams
- Develop and follow timelines closely, schedule & lead project meetings
- Coordinate the involvement of design, development, content, and production, as well as third party vendors to ensure the smooth running of projects and execution of advertising and digital marketing campaigns
- Prepare media plans and budget planning for digital campaigns with justifications
- Planning and setting up of digital campaigns (have knowledge of Facebook/Instagram Ad Manager, Google Adwords, etc), track, analyse and prepare digital campaign performance metrics and analytics reports
- Monitor campaigns every step of the way, until the provision of delivery to the client with quality control and evaluate creative work and provide feedback for internal revisions, even before sending to clients for review
- For website/ecommerce projects, to plan the programming team’s schedule from start to website live.
- For website/ecommerce projects, to provide training to clients, how to operate and manage updates. To record the training session to send to the client as a video guide. To also prepare a training manual if required by clients
- Know when to escalate potential problems to the General Manager
- Administrative tasks that will help keep campaigns well-managed and organised. Prepare quotations, update tracking sheets and following of agency’s procedures where required
- Offer creative ideas to develop exciting campaigns
- Participate in pitches/tenders
We currently work in the office 3 days a week and at home 2 days a week.
