Responsibilities:
Sales order processing - Sales order / Purchase order / Delivery order / InvoicingProvide sales.
Assist & support sales, administration in all other matters.
Reply customer enquiries and E commerce.
Quotation and looking for new customer.
Handling Export & Import matter including prepare customs documents according to freight delivery needs Handle faxes / letters / enquiries internally and externally.
Other task that assign by the management.
Requirements:
At least 1 years sales admin coordinator experience.
Prior experience in shipping matters will be an added advantage.
Bilingual in English & Mandarin (in order to handle enquiries, concerns and request from Chinese speaking customers in regards with the delivery matters.)
A good team player able to interact with people from all levels and works well under pressure.
Require to work on alternate Saturday.
Able to start work Immediately.
