The incumbent will be responsible for:
▪ Responsible to develop, revise, maintain a comprehensive SOPs for the Strategic Vendor Management (SVM), Corporate Services (CS) & Payments operations whilst ensuring local and applicable regulatory guidelines are adhered.
▪ Co-ordinate with one or more teams through requirement gathering, process flow validation to produce clear and precise documentations.
▪ Assist the SVM and Corporate Services operations team in the implementation and operation of transactions which includes activities related to vendor assessment & onboarding, in compliance to MAS notice 658 and follow-up to the completion of the vendor in Archer.
▪ Analyse existing SOPs to identify gaps, redundancies, and areas for improvements.
▪ Facilitate the review and approval process by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
▪ Incorporate feedback and ensure final approval is obtained from appropriate authorities.
