Job Description:
- Welcome and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Perform duties like ordering, serving, clearing and setting of tables
- Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure quality presentation.
- Manage customer transactions efficiently and responsibly.
- Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide answers to queries presented by customers regarding services and offers made available by the restaurant.
- Simple cooking (proper training will be made by management).
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of F&B service experienceis preferred.
- Friendly, approachable and willing to learn.
- Ability to work well with other team members.
- Excellent communication skill in English.
- Restaurant Management experience (shift management, floor management, inventory management) is advantageous but it is not a must.
