Job Responsibilties
- Preparation of proposal, update and cross check to ensure update of correct information
- Appointment setting for the sales team and liaise with customer
- Updating of photo screenshot/documents of the customer
- Email/phone calls to customer introducing maintenance and leading to sales package
Requirements
- GCE 'O’ level and above
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable to make call out to customers
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to details
- Proficiency with office applications and aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Strong team player with willingness to help as needed
This position will report to Business Support Manager and provide general administrative in Business Support to the Business Development team to achieve its deliverables efficiently and effectively. On the job training will be provided.
Working hours is 8.30 – 5.30pm (Monday – Friday)
