The Group is expanding our team and we are seeking for a candidate with great passion in cocktails to join as Bartender at Jigger & Pony.
Job Description
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages with high degree of proficiency and consistency
- Engage with customers to forge loyalty to the bar
- Perform front of house service duties such as receiving guests promptly, order taking and other table service duties
- Familiar with menu items to descript and share food and drinks items with guests
- Responsible for the bar’s daily operation and inventory management
- Ensure cleanliness of the bar and all operating equipment
- Perform related duties as part of a tight-knit family of hospitality staff
Job Requirements
- Strong interest in crafting cocktails, with 1-2 years of working experience in cocktail bars
- Hospitality-oriented
- Converse in good English and proficient in service-language
- Team player and friendly personality
- Positive attitude
- Able to work on shift and late hours
