Grow with a company that is creating delicious ready to eat meals, a growth trend projected to continue well into the future! This position reports to the Executive Chef/Factory Manager and ensures the quality in food production and order fulfillment.
You can expect to be involved in:
- Supervise Production Operations: Manage daily production activities, including scheduling, monitoring processes, and meeting production targets.
- Ensure Quality and Food Safety: Implement stringent quality control measures (e.g. HACCP), conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate production staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Production Planning and Optimization: Collaborate with the team to develop schedules, optimize resources, and minimize waste.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
- Inventory Management: Monitor raw materials and packaging inventory, coordinate with procurement for timely supplies.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, reports, and provide updates on performance to management.
Fresh graduates from Food Science, Food Technology or relevant fields are invited to apply. Non graduates with appropriate work experience and/or a keen interest in food are also welcome.
