We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Agile Project Manager who will drive the successful execution of the client Program, within an aligned project timeframe and budget. As an agile project manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing development activities of key projects and communicating project status and performance to key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. You will need expertise in project management in an agile environment, Cloud technologies and strong communication skills to contribute to the successful implementation and delivery of our services.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand project scope, requirements and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a project plan that outlines development activities, deliverables and milestones to deliver within stipulated time and budget.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure these are communicated to project stakeholders.
• Ensure the project is compliant with organizational standards and standards as set out by the client Cloud Program Management Office (PMO).
• Provide regular project status reports, and other required artifacts to key stakeholders, and effectively communicate to ensure stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Onboard Project Delivery Teams on aligned scope, project plan, tools and established ways of working.
• Lead and facilitate Scrum practices and ceremonies for project teams, driving agile ways of working through project lifecycle.
• Work closely with project team to provide insights and recommendations for continuous service improvement.
• Assist in developing and maintaining documentation related to service design, including requirements capturing, process maps, training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Master, PMP, ITIL) would be an asset.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in an Agile environment.
• Proven experience in leading scrum ceremonies and leveraging tools for agile development. Experience with JIRA would be an asset.
• Strong familiarity with Cloud technologies and their integration into project delivery. Experience in Cloud projects for Operational Technology (OT) will be an asset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
