Responsibilities
- Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle including across a variety of operations, technical roles, and internships from job posting, talent sourcing, cold calling, prescreening, interviewing, selection, offer process management, Pfile creation, and onboarding process.
- Fostering good relationships with various departments, understanding manpower demand, advising recruitment strategies, and identifying suitable sourcing channels. Drive results in meeting KPI and tight timeline.
- Conduct new staff onboarding for new hires and intern
- Offboarding - Preparing acceptance of resignation, notification and exit clearance, and repatriation (purchase of air ticket, where required).
- Represent the company for career fairs and overseas recruitment if required
- Administer various tests based on job requirements
- Assist in yearly recruitment budget / quarterly forecast reports.
- Able to present manpower reports to management level.
- Process invoices related to recruitment or assigned
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- SA levels with 2 years of experience or Local diploma holders
- Fresh Graduates may apply
- Administer tests in Chinese, good credit in GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level Chinese required.
- Able to travel to various depots for work purposes
- Out-going personality, Confident, Self-driven, Meticulous and systematic
- Must be able to work independently
- Preferred IHRP CA/CP certified
