- Deliver technical support to customers for UPS and DC Systems and Battery.
- Liaise with end-user on-site for Installation, Commission, repair/maintenance.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on the startup and operational procedures of UPS and DC Systems.
- Monitor maintenance contracts and ensure that work is conducted promptly and within the agreed timelines.
- Collaborate closely with customers and engineers to ensure that site work is conducted safely.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in UPS and DC Power environment.
- Able to travel Asia in short notice.
