Job Description

  • To provide full suite of corporate secretarial related services (e.g. incorporation of company, change of company officers and share transfers).
  • Manage a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial services.
  • Handling submission of ACRA & IRAS transactions.
  • Preparing Directors/Shareholders resolutions, Extraordinary / Annual General Meetings Minutes, relevant statutory forms and other related documents for on-going corporate secretarial matters.
  • Provide advice on compliance requirements, corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters.
  • Ensure that secretarial files and statutory records are properly updated and maintained.
  • Performing Onboarding / Ongoing Due Diligence Check on new and existing clients.
  • Liaise with statutory bodies, banks and other third-party business partners as and when required.
  • Handle work pass application for clients’ expatriate staff.
  • Review/Prepare financial statements in XBRL format.
  • Any other corporate and ad-hoc jobs as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or Law
  • Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualification / compliance background would be an advantage.
  • At least 3 years’ relevant corporate secretarial experience is required
