Offered Salary
· S$2,000 per month
Requirements
· Minimum 3 or more GCE ‘O’ Level passes including English, or NITEC (Office Skills); or GCE ‘N’ Level certificate
· Officers without the required GCE ‘O’ Level passes but with relevant work experience could be considered
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Pleasant, service-oriented and confident to liaise with parents/visitors
· IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Able to handle multi-tasks in a fast-pace work environment
· At least 2 years working experience preferred
Job Description
1. Front-desk reception duties (including walk-in and phone queries, and assist in follow-up calls to parents and students)
2. Attend to walk-in students with their requests and queries
3. Coordinate and follow-up with students on various financial assistance and bursaries matters
4. Collation of data and data-entry work (students’ applications/survey)
5. Assist in administrative duties such as incoming/outgoing mails, faxes, letters to parents and first-line goods receiving
6. Provide admin support to office operations as assigned
7. Carry out any other administrative duties assigned by School Leaders, Administration Manager and Head of Departments
