Responsibilities:
- Propose technical and creative business solutions in support of sales activities.
- Act as Professional Services / Consulting role that is client facing and involve in sales scenarios to present technical and business aspects of proposed solutions to a C-Level audience.
- Design and deliver high quality technical Proof of Concepts for prospective customers
- Assist in the production of RFPs and other proposals to clients.
- Translate requirement specifications into PeopleSoft ERP process model prototypes and solutions. Preparing high level technical specifications for the solutions.
- Design and develop technical solutions based on the requirements gathered. Designing data models. Defining architectural & development standards for the project in adherence to best practices.
- Design and implement complex enterprise integrations with industry standard technologies including LDAP, Active Directory and other internal systems in the enterprise.
- Design integration requirements with other third-party enterprise platforms such as Workday, SalesForce.com and etc.
- Configure, debug, unit, systems, integration test and document new flow but not limited to forms, reports, underlying logic and interface components on development as assigned
- Performing frequent code reviews & ensuring quality of the overall delivery.
- Assist quality assurance team, system engineers, network engineers and other staff in ways to ensure data integrity, consistency, security and privacy
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the PeopleSoft environment which include networks, software, hardware, and operating systems;
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies for PeopleSoft databases and applications
- Maintain documentation related to the PeopleSoft environment, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guide and keep documentation up-to-date with any changes or enhancements.
Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related study.
- 8 to 12 years of software development experience and at least 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft ERP solutions design, development, administration and support.
- Subject matter expert technical skills knowledge on PeopleSoft components such as PeopleTools, WebLogic server, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and middleware server.
- Prior work experience in development of SOAP and Restful web services and integration is preferred.
- Experience in Microsoft SQL database and Azure Cloud is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge in PowerShell script
- Strong experience as a successful Presales Engineer or a Professional Services/Consulting role that is client facing. Must be able to do custom POCs and demos.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, meticulous and organized.
