Responsibilities
- Manage technical resources for end-to-end software delivery using low code platform, Agile methodology
- Design and deliver technical/solution architectures based on business requirements
- Propose the best practices and coding standards for the project, perform code review and hands-on coding if required
- Responsible for effort estimation, development schedules, quality control, technical documentation
- Act as an IT consultant to assist clients with technical solutions, delivery roadmap and post-implementation support strategy
- Managing external vendors for development and project delivery
- Lead technical proposals, presentations and demonstrations to client stakeholders
- Involve in acquiring engagements and managing the relationship with clients
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business or related IT discipline
- At Least 1-3 year of working experience in software development; experience on OutSystems web and/or mobile projects will be an added advantage
- Working experience in Agile software development and technical practices;
- Thrive and work well with others in fast-paced, highly demanding environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and results focused
- Ability to deliver thoughtful, accurate and timely work product
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to understand complex requirements and think strategically about business, products and technical challenges
- Team player and passionate in championing the team to continuously refactor and improve to deliver the quality software product
