Job Description
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including order processing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and sales materials as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
