Job Description
- Provide administrative support
- Prepare memo for Admin related matters like, condolences, company events, company transport schedule, etc.
- Arrange and coordinate company’s driver schedule
- Make travel arrangements for company approved business travel
- Handling of company official document for postage or courier
- Maintain and record the usage of postages and registered mail
- Source for suppliers for company events/occasions and purchase stationeries
- Arrange car park lots to all employees include clients and contractors
- Handle inhouse canteen operation in term of clearness and to involve in audit weekly
- Handle the employees seating arrangement for all staff level
- Assist to cover reception duties when required.
- Assist in the organising of Company event
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- At least 3 years of experience as Company Administration in marine industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Pivot table, V-lookup, PowerPoint and Words)
