Your key responsibilities as Corporate Development Intern will include:
HR & People Management
• Assist with coordination of meetings and events such as off-sites, team meetings including organizing local social team events/office happy hours, team dinners as per approved budget
• Drive Milestone recognition to celebrate employee birthdays, work anniversaries, special occasions
• Support managers to fulfil hiring needs by building and maintaining connect with recruitment firms, universities according to FTE plan
• Perform onboarding process for new employees in line with internally formulated process
• Support to integrate new employees with necessary equipment, information, and company procedures and policies.
• Perform offboarding process for employees in line with internally formulated process
Finance
• Vet and code invoices and obtain approval prior to payment cycles
• Perform monthly expense claims reporting
Facility & Office Management
• Maintain vendor relationships and contracts to support office operational needsand oversee all SG office related onsite servicing
• Manage inventory and perform timely stock take of office supplies, stationery, corporate swags, office F&B
