Our client is actively searching for a Senior Manager, Talent Management to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:

  • Manage Talent Review & Succession Planning at corporate level, focusing on building a pipeline for critical roles and targeted groups.
  • Support talent development through initiatives like Development Centers, Coaching, Mentoring, and development programs.
  • Drive Performance Management processes including Goal Setting, Performance Evaluation, and Calibration.
  • Assist in talent acquisition strategies, incorporating behavioral interviews and other initiatives.
  • Develop Talent & Leadership development frameworks and solutions.
  • Manage Talent management projects from inception to budgeting and execution.
  • Collaborate with HR and Business Leaders to identify and prioritize organizational skills needs.
  • Ensure effective training on the High Performance Behavioral Model (HPBM) across the organization.
  • Equip employees with skills to apply the HPBM effectively in their roles.
  • Establish and maintain a sustainable pool of in-house trainers for HPBM content delivery.
  • Integrate HPBM into various HR processes such as job descriptions and recruitment interviews.
  • Continuously refine the HPBM framework to align with company and business evolution.
  • Digitize key talent processes using digital platforms.
  • Support digitalization of HR operations related to talent, such as Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and disciplinary actions.
  • Explore future functionalities/features to enhance employee and manager experience.
  • Participate in HR Wing projects and contribute as a Senior Talent Center of Excellence (COE), also engaging in Change Coach Networks to support change management efforts.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

  • Senior Talent Manager: Over 10 years of experience in senior roles within the technology industry, ideally with exposure to manufacturing environments, focusing on talent management.
  • Global Talent Projects: Proven track record in leading and executing talent management and development projects on a global scale within multinational organizations, enhancing organizational effectiveness.
  • Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated capability in driving talent initiatives such as talent management, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and culture change to align with organizational goals.
  • Expert in Talent Development: Strong knowledge of current trends and best practices in talent and leadership development, with a focus on fostering employee growth and maximizing potential.
  • Digital Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience in implementing talent-related processes on digital platforms, including design, user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and reporting, ensuring seamless integration and effectiveness.
  • Effective Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in communication and influencing key stakeholders to align on talent strategies and initiatives, fostering collaboration and achieving organizational objectives.
  • Strategic Vision and Adaptability: Possesses a strategic, global mindset with the ability to understand project objectives holistically and take initiative in overcoming challenges, demonstrating adaptability, innovation, and resilience.
