Job Responsibilities:
- Scan and organise invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Perform data entry tasks, including entering transactions into accounting software
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
- Reconcile accounts and ensure all records are up-to-date
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and scanning
- Assist with payroll processing and employee record management
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding billing and payment issues
- Support the management team with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or finance is a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
