About this Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager specialized in Medical Devices and Consumables who excels in a fast-paced sales environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in medical device sales, thriving on closing deals and expanding market share. The successful candidate will be pivotal in achieving our sales targets through effective strategy execution and hands-on customer engagement. We offer attractive commissions to reward successful sales achievements.


Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Aggressively drive sales and increase revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the medical device and consumables sector.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement robust sales strategies that ensure the achievement of sales goals and profitability targets. Adjust tactics in response to market conditions and opportunities.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Identify potential clients, and cultivate relationships to convert leads into long-lasting partnerships. Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and competitor products.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed annual sales targets. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure sales strategies are generating desired results.
  • Deal Closing: Utilize expertise in the medical devices field to negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing department to capitalize on marketing materials and campaigns to drive sales and enhance product visibility.
  • Market Feedback: Gather customer feedback and market research to inform sales strategies and product developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Medical Technology, Science, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field
  • Proven sales experience in the medical devices and consumables industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
