Responsibilities:
Manage vendor performance through service level management.
Investigating user reported issues and develop mitigating/preventive solutions
Coordinate testing with interface systems, application verifications including post patching activities
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the software support related environment.
- Required Skill(s): SQL Database, ASP.net, APP.
- Able to work independently and as a team player with the strong responsibility mindset.
- Analytical and strong in managing resources to successfully handle multiple deliverables on hand.
