Working hours: Rotational shift, Mon – Sun (5 days work week , 1 weekend + 1 Weekday off) and public holidays

845am to 6.15pm
10am to 7.30pm
11am to 8.30pm
Location: Jurong|Changi
Salary: Depending on qualifications and experience ($2500 - $4000) + shift allowance (ranging $180-$300)
Duration: 6 months (renewable/convertible)
Note: 2 months training
Job Description:
• Interact with internal & external customers to answer customers queries related to Corporate Banking products.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries on general and transactional enquiries
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer requests.
• Customer outreach to encourage the use of digital services.
• Consistently deliver high quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction without compromising risk
standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve all customer queries and requests.
• Able to multi-task while speaking to customers and toggle between system application screens in a fast-paced environment.
• To consistently meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) without compromising quality of service delivery
• To adhere to professional standards of behaviour & conduct in dealing with customers & fellow colleagues
Requirements:
•Min. Diploma holder and above
•Good written/verbal communication skills
•Customer service experience
