· Processing of claims/payments/financial assistance applications
· Data entry and maintaining databases.
· Providing logistics and administrative support for events, meetings, training, and HR related functions including setting up of event/meeting/training venues, preparation of materials, etc)
· Assisting in store/asset management matters including maintaining proper inventory records of fixed assets, software licenses, office supplies and test kits
· Any other ad hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Diploma or A Level
Working Hours:
Mondays to Thursdays:
8 am to 5.30 pm (inclusive of 1 hour lunch break) or Mondays to Thursdays: 8 am to 5 pm (inclusive of 30 min lunch break). Fridays 8 am to 5 pm (inclusive of 1 hour lunch break) or Fridays 8 am to 4.30 pm (inclusive of 30 min lunch break)
