The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Digital Sales and Partnerships Manager to join MyRepublic Mobile. This role is pivotal in creating and maintaining a robust digital sales channel, enhancing customer interaction, and driving growth through strategic digital affiliate partnerships.

In this position, you will leverage your deep knowledge of the affiliate and digital partnerships industry, ideally within digital services or telecom sectors, to extend our product acquisition through a partner network. Your innovative and collaborative approach will contribute significantly to the sales, engagement, and retention of our mobile subscriber base.


How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success:

Drive Digital Sales Partnerships: Identify, appoint, and manage digital affiliate channels to expand MyRepublic Mobile’s reach and customer engagement.

Collaborate on Marketing Propositions: Work closely with the Product Marketing team to develop compelling propositions.

Create Engaging Campaigns: Partner with Marcomms to design and execute campaigns and marketing materials targeting specific audiences.

Develop Promotions and Commission Structures: Implement attractive promotions and commission structures to motivate partners and achieve growth targets.

Strategic Campaign Planning: Collaborate with Marcomms to establish a detailed 3+3 calendar of propositions, ensuring timely input and successful campaign outcomes.

Integration and Maintenance: Coordinate with the Product and Solutions team to seamlessly integrate and maintain digital partners and affiliates.

Insight and Reporting: Analyze and report on key internal metrics, tracking usage, ARPU, margin, and customer base growth through managed channels.


We think you’ll fit in great with us if you are:

● A relevant bachelor's degree with experience in Digital sales, Marketing or Product.

● Minimum of 5-7 years in affiliate management, digital sales management, or digital partnerships, with a proven track record of driving digital growth through partner networks.

● Experience in digital services industries such as internet, mobile, fintech, or e-commerce is highly desirable.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
