Salt is looking for a Program Manager - Employee Life to join one of the leading client on a contract role. This would be a part of client's HR team. The candidate will be accountable for managing a committed group of volunteers who create culture building moments at client's APAC, EMEA and Japan sites. The work drives positive events and experiences that bring client's values to life.


What you will do:

Manage the Community Leader Program - APAC, EMEA and Japan

· Leverage direction from the Principal Program Manager, frequently communicate with site event planners and ensure all cities in the regions are adopting the program objectives and achieving program outcomes.

· Ensure core program requirements are met including required events, event reporting and marketing, responsible use of budget, adhering to eligible and ineligible spend, onboarding and offboarding of leaders, and so on.

· In our largest sites, check in regularly with the Community Leader team and participate in site meetings to monitor progress. Provide inspiration and coaching. Ensure cohesion across volunteer team. Redirect for cities experiencing stalled momentum or lack of alignment.

· Work with large cities (150+ assigned headcount) to establish quarterly and annual event strategy for field offices, leveraging enterprise-level program direction to inform decisions

Proactively sense, diagnose, and address program gaps within region, working with Site Leadership Principal Program Manager(s) in addition to the enterprise and NA/APAC Japan program leads to integrate insights from other regions where appropriate when building out solutions.

· Ensure Community Leaders are meeting program budget requirements: drive reporting compliance and expense submission to ensure timely completion, manage & report accruals process on a monthly basis and accountable for ensuring all city spend is accurate, tracked, and on target.

Employee Experience Project Management

· Event planning from design through execution for key sites or on an as needed basis. This includes managing vendors, ensuring the event fits within budget, building communication plans, partnering with on-site stakeholders and collecting post-event data.

· Own and contribute to strategic projects, as assigned. Build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the global organization, ensuring shared understanding of progress and performance.

· Ensure an atmosphere of cohesiveness and focused collaboration between all the members of the team, all in the interest of driving the work forward.


What you are:

· 5+ years of leading employee champions networks or similar program to deliver events and programs to a network of global offices.

· 5+ years of strategic program or project management experience whereby success depended on individuals not reporting directly to you.

· Experience working in a global, multi-functional organization with increasing responsibility.

· Experience in communications (e.g, copywriting, public relations, internal communications, or marketing), and ability to effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the company, ranging from recent graduates to executives, and from 1:1 conversations to large-scale presentations.

You have a passion for creating and sustaining a remarkable workplace culture and experience.

· You are a highly motivated self-starter who relies on strong sense of self and work ethic.

· An ability to think clearly when navigating ambiguity and solving challenges; capacity to hold self accountable to produce on deadlines; attention to detail.

· A proven track record of building trusted partnerships across the business and with external vendors; strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.


Language specific to EMEA region will be preferred.


Occasional travel may be required. This is a hybrid role, generally spending at least 50% time in office, however certain project work may necessitate increased time in office (up to 80% of the time) for short periods
