Role & Responsibilities:

A professional at this position level within Accenture is expected to be a seasoned ORACLE Enterprise / Solution architect that has responsibilities in areas: Sales, Delivery and Practice Building

The individual should have demonstrated Sales Acumen to be able to

· Qualify: ability to qualify an opportunity

· Shape: understand business requirements and shape an offering that brings value to the requirement

· Solution: ability to define the solution, the resource plan and implementation approach.

· Close: good storytelling capability to pitch a differentiated value proposition and bring the deal to a close

· Drive internal processes: execution of internal processes in relation to the full sales cycle, including leading up to contracting

The individual should have a proven project delivery track record and be able to

· Drive a delivery of ORACLE implementation project end-to-end from business case, roadmap to deployment.

· Manage senior client stakeholders

· Apply their technical knowledge of ORACLE to drive design of a robust solution.

· Integrate non-ORACLE solutions with ORACLE to work together in harmony.

The individual should have a proven track record in Practice Building and Leading and be able to:

Requirements:

Hard skills:

· Knowledge, exposure, experience with ORACLE solutions

· Highly knowledgeable proficient in two or more of the following areas within ORACLE:

· SaaS - ERP/EPM/HCM/EPM/CX

· IaaS or PaaS – Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud @ Customer, Dedicated Region

· Database Services – Exadata, RAC, Autonomous Database

· Data & AI – mySQL Heatwave, AI/ML, GenAI/LLMs

· Integration – API Management, Oracle Integration, SOA on OCI, Automation

· Application Development - Java, APEX, PL/SQL

· Experience in Enterprise and / or solution architecture with ORACLE and integration to non-ORACLE components including SAP, Azure, AWS, GCP will be an advantage

· Have at least 8 years of ORACLE consulting experience with Sales, and Delivery of an end-to-end design and implementation as the main focus

· Have at least 5 cycles of end-to-end ORACLE implementation delivery and 5 cycles of ORACLE sales

· Certifications (ORACLE Cloud or On-Premise) in one of the areas listed above will be an added advantage

· Candidates with equivalent technical experience in other platforms (e.g. SAP, Azure, AWS) with a willingness to reskill in Oracle will also be considered
